great privacy but small shower space

I appreciated the nice luxurious beds featuring curtains for added privacy. The maintenance response was impressive. they fixed the clogged toilet quickly and efficiently.

The shower space was smaller than expected, making it slightly inconvenient.

Loved the comfy vibes in my superior queen room, and the Broken Shaker was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. I also enjoyed the cool live music and relaxing lounge areas, which added a nice touch to my evenings. Just a heads up, parking was a bit tricky since I missed the info on extra charges, but it didn't ruin the overall fun! 😊

Just spent 2 nights in a super cute queen room. The location was perfect, right by cafes and the River Walk. Matthew at the front desk was awesome – he made me feel so welcomed with a big hug, which was just what I needed after a long trip! Only thing was, the AC remote was a bit wonky.

Staying here during our family trip was memorable, especially visiting the Riverwalk nearby. The staff was friendly, and we loved how close we were to attractions. Our grandchild particularly enjoyed exploring the area during our downtime.

The clean and upholstered beds provided a welcome rest despite being softer than expected after a long flight. I did enjoy the movie streaming option available via HDMI in the room, but the limited kitchen facilities could be improved.

The location of Freehand is excellent, within walking distance to downtown attractions and public transit. The spacious Superior Queen Room was well-maintained and offered a comfortable workspace. The staff was helpful and facilitated my business needs efficiently.
